What Accounting Services do we offer?
Business Analysis and Reporting
Our GSC provides support for collection, processing, collation and provision of timely and accurate financial data, to generate efficiencies of dealing with the routine “business necessity” administrative processes associated with finance. We undertake these activities centrally using globally standard processes, leaving the other IHG management functions to focus on hotel performance and the comfort, safety and satisfaction of our guests.

The GSC is responsible for data management, data administration and generating reports for the Essbase system. This includes development and updating of Global Hyperion Reports consisting of Hotel P&Ls, KPI, Benchmarking, Overhead and System Fund, System Size and Pipeline reports. They administer all major Essbase databases, assist with month-end close processing, monthly and quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting in coordination with business support teams.
