2000: Commissioned Sulzer plant for fractioned fatty acids in Mumbai, India.
2001: Commissioned a manufacturing unit for bar soaps and personal care liquid products in Daman, India.
2002: Commissioned another soap manufacturing unit in Kutch, India.
2002: Commissioned a manufacturing unit for bar soaps and marketing operations in Ontario, Canada.
2003: Commissioned a manufacturing unit for bar soaps and marketing operations in Dubai, UAE.
2004: Commissioned the largest fatty alcohol plant in India using the latest Wax Ester technology in Taloja, India.
2005: Commissioned a soap noodle plant at Taloja, India.
2006: Commissioned a fatty acid fractional distillation plant and a fatty acid hydrogenation plant at Taloja, India.
2006: Facility at Taloja, India was approved by Kosher, USA.
2006: Acquired an anti-perspirant and deodorant stick manufacturing unit in Ontario, Canada.
2007: Acquired a major bar soap and home care liquid manufacturing facility in Kansas City, USA, from Colgate Palmolive, USA.
2007: Implemented quality systems at the Taloja facility and consequently achieved ISO 9001 : 2000 certification.
2008: Commissioned a manufacturing unit for bar soaps and talcum powder in Baddi, India.
2008: Acquired a bar soap and noodle manufacturing plant in Raciborz, Poland, from Henkel, Germany.
2009: Acquired a bar soap and anti-perspirant / deodorant stick manufacturing plant in Chicago, Illinois, from Dial Corporation, USA.
