The Executive Program in General Management (EPGM) is a 10-month multi-modular, general management program for global business leaders that focuses on Management and Leadership; Strategy and Innovation; and Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management. The program develops key leadership skills such as integrating an innovation mind-set into corporate culture, making technology-enhanced strategic decisions, building collaborative organizations and managing key talent across global markets. At the end of the program, executives will be well prepared and positioned to accelerate the pace of innovation and growth at their organizations—large or small
