There were three rounds if interviews- Skill Assessment, Personality Check & Personal Interview. The selection process was not very difficult as some basic questions like why should I hire you? , Why do you need this job? , What makes you different from others?
To clear the selection process it’s important to convince the interviewer that you’re different and it’s going to be his loss if he doesn’t hire you.
In my opinion in order to succeed in your interview, you should brush up your English & be formal, even You Tube videos can be of great help.
