There were 4 Rounds of interviews- Telephone, Personal Interview, Skill Assessment & Personality Check & I must say they were very difficult. They started with some basic questions but grilled me on my answers. Questions were like: Please describe us your journey so far? Where do you see yourself going?
According to me, you need to have patience to achieve success. In my case this was the 87th Company to which I had applied & after 4 grilling sessions I reached where I wanted to reach. I would request all of you to hang on tight and keep applying.
