There were two round of interview.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of travelling.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The FIRST ROUND was the online test. I cleared this round fortunately. the questions include English grammar , general knowledge &amp; mathematics. The SECOND ROUND was GD (group discussion) The question to discuss was :<\/p>\n<p>WHY DONALD DUCK DOES&#8217;NT WEAR PANTS ?<\/p>\n<p>&amp;<\/p>\n<p>The THIRD ROUND was the HR ROUND.<\/p>\n<p>Students who cleared the GD was called for the interview.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;My strategy for the Online test was to increase my GK and clear my concepts in mathematics.<\/p>\n<p>My strategy for the GD round was I will speak anything related to the topic whether it will be right or wrong..because the motive of GD round is to check the confidence of students &amp; their communication skills but as the question was totally funny and unexpected, i couldn\u2019t speak much..and unfortunately I failed to clear this round. Though I was fully prepared for the personal interview but I was not reached to that round.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For online test one must have good general knowledge and should be clear with the concepts of basic mathematics. For GD round one must have good comm. skills , confidence.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key skills tested in the process:<\/strong> &#8220;Confidence Attitude Knowledge Communication Skills&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommended Books, Blog\/ website, Video<\/strong> &#8220;English Grammar course books gk books&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your motivation for applying<\/strong> ?
