I wasn’t selected. There were three rounds of interview. I went to the last round of selection but didn’t get selected as all students selected were female candidates . This is the experience of my first placement.<\/p>\n

“I am going to tell about my first experience of placement .<\/p>\n

ZS associate had came to my college (Kirorimal College ) for the post of sales executive . I was very happy as it was my first placement drive .<\/p>\n

I was well dressed in formal uniform and excited too.<\/p>\n

It started on 10am sharp with an aptitude test.<\/p>\n

I gave the test and qualified for the next round .<\/p>\n

We got result next day and I was very happy as I was selected.<\/p>\n

The next round was conducted on very next day and it was a group discussion round .<\/p>\n

We have GD on the topic reservation.<\/p>\n

I performed well and got selected .<\/p>\n

The next round was conducted at ZS associate office and and it was an interview.<\/p>\n

They asked question and I replied well and I was confident well that I would get selected .<\/p>\n

But, when final result came I was shocked as I was not selected.<\/p>\n

I show the result on my mail there was not a single male candidate was selected.<\/p>\n

Whatever has happened was not good.<\/p>\n

But ,that is call the life as win and loss is the part of the life .”<\/p>\n

My overall experience was not good with my first interview.<\/p>\n

Tips to follow while appearing for each round or company<\/strong> : We should be self confident and attentive while attending the placement We should be humble and disciplined.”<\/p>\n

Key skills tested in the process<\/strong>: Mental Ability to cope up with the day to day life.<\/p>\n
