This was a written test having a multiple choice questions. It was easy to pass out cause it just checks our mental abilities.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>second Round<\/strong> , there was HR to take my interview. Basically it was the job of data processing so the questions are belongs to MS-Excel. But i am clearly speak to him that my ambitious is to become product developer engineer. I just want to this job because I don&#8217;t want to loose my time. And also I can do work 5 days in a week because I have to take classes in weekend. She looks agreed but wanna discuss it to the other colleagues. So this can be the major reason for delay in the result.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;My first interview experience was very exciting. I need keep my mind fresh and keep in anyway. In first round there is a simple strategy of answering the answer but right. in second round, my strategy was to give topic to the HR on which she should question me. As Per My choice. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tips to follow while appearing for each round or company :&#8221;<\/strong>Put A big stone(Own topic in which you are best) on the Desk(HR&#8217;s mind). it will sure, you will succeed. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key skills tested in the process: :<\/strong> Logical Reasoning, English,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommended Books, Blog\/ website, Video: <\/strong>Way of talking , aptitude test etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your motivation for applying ? <\/strong>Nitish Kumar, My brother, Product Development Engineer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funny\/ best \/ weird \/ thrilling moments during the process: <\/strong>I don&#8217;t wanna be selected because I wanna go in programming industry. I just want to experience the interview.
