There were 3 rounds:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>First round &#8211; Aptitude Test<\/li>\n<li>Second round &#8211; Versant Test<\/li>\n<li>Third round &#8211; Operation round<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Interviewer had checked my IQ, talent, communication skills and understanding about the position.<br \/>\nThere is no need of special coaching to learn certain kind of skills.
