Personal Interview. I was relaxed because I knew what my capabilities were and they just had to see that and nothing else. Once I was able to show that, it became easy for me to get selected for the next round.<br \/>\nThere were 2 rounds. And each round is based on checking your knowledge. Therefore, practice and be thorough with what is expected (subject wise).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Following are the key skills tested :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n<li>Email Etiquette<\/li>\n<li>Confidence<\/li>\n<li>Team Oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The key to succeed in interview is \u201cBe yourself, don&#8217;t be what is expected\u201d.
