The selection process was not very difficult as some basic questions like: Tell me about yourself? Why should we hire you? Highlight your strength and weakness? Tell me about the projects you have worked on etc.<br \/>\nIn my opinion if you want to clear any interview then you should be calm and smile. The interviewer knows that everyone has a limited knowledge base. U need not have a sound technical knowledge but a spark. They just want to see if u can learn or not. If you seriously want a job, there are million waiting for you. The only thing that stops you is you.<\/p>\n<p>My unforgettable moment during the interview was when the Recruiter gave me a compliment that I was made for great things.
