SDE

This is an online interview with a human resources representative held on the Zoom meeting app. In this interview, the HR was asked the following questions:

• Tell me about yourself and your family background.
• What do you know about our company?
• What are your strengths and weaknesses? etc.

This was a face-to-face interview for an SDE role, conducted early in the morning around 10 a.m. It was my first offline interview experience. I met the interview panel, and they were really friendly. They began by asking about my background, technical skills, and why I was interested in the SQL Developer role. They seemed genuinely curious about how my skills could meet their needs. The interview became a bit more technical and challenging when they asked numerous questions about real-life data and SQL queries.

After clearing the technical round, the HR round happened around 3 pm. This interview was with an HR representative and a manager. They asked some HR questions about my soft skills, such as communication and teamwork abilities, career goals, and why I am interested in working at Yardi Software. They also asked for some tricky puzzles.
