- Open the AWS Cost Management Console.

To define the utilization target, users should enter their preferred value for the utilization target and select to show the target line on the chart. The target line would be visible as a dotted line in the chart and an RI utilization status bar in the table.
- RIs with a red status bar indicate they have not used reservation hours.
- RIs with a yellow status bar indicates they are under your utilization target.
- RIs with a green status bar indicates RI has met our utilization target.
