  • When static comps can't fully tell the narrative, you will work with designers and product managers to develop prototypes that convey experience intentions.
     
  • Develop and share best practices with the rest of the design engineering team in close collaboration, looking for ways to improve productivity.
     
  • Inform all relevant parties of the status and opportunities clearly and straightforwardly.

Qualifications

Diploma

  • 3+ years of Software Development with a focus on Web Application, coding, or UX Design.
     
  • Experience working with CSS and SASS, HTML, JavaScript, and web animations using pure CSS and JavaScript Frameworks, Git, SourceTree, Visual Studio, or other GUIs.
     
  • General familiar with core developer concepts such as IDEs and version control Illustrator, Sketch, or equivalent UX/UI design tools.
     
  • Experience with web debugging tools like dev tools, firebug, or F12.
     
  • Excellent written communication Technical / Functional Skills.
     
  • Ability to collaborate, pitch, argue, negotiate, and iterate on design remotely. Personal Attributes / Interpersonal Skills.
     
  • An understanding of design performance implication - creating web/mockups that run fast and are performant in a browser.
     
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to match redlines and motion specs down to the pixel.

  • Get a Bachelors's or Masters's degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
