Group Discussions


The group discussion round is solely dedicated to finding out your conversational skills. Once your application is shortlisted, you will be called upon for a group discussion. You will be provided with a topic, and you have to present your views either for or against the topic. In this round, you will be judged based on your communication skills and not the content. 

If you clear this round, then you move on to the next round of the selection process.

Interview Round


This is the most crucial round of all, and you will be asked to join a meeting where you will get to interact with a panel of interviewers. The interviewer will ask you questions based on your domain, your past experiences, and your projects. The interviewer will be judging you on various criteria such as your communication skills, your domain knowledge, etc. You can also interact with the interviewer and ask them more about the profile and work culture. Once you have completed all the rounds, you will be judged by the HR team, and the decision will be announced to you via e-mail. The decision may come either in favor or against.
