Round 2: The second interview, in comparison to the first, will be harder to crack. This will take place in a professional setting with a few hiring managers and currently hired designers. Your creative ability and devotion to client service will be the focus of this interview. Expect some behavioral questions as well. The interview will last 45-60 minutes and will most likely be conducted by video call.
