UX Design

The abbreviation of UX design is User experience design. It is a job that ensures the products created must provide the user with a meaningful and relevant experience to the user.

Selection Process

At Amazon, there are majorly 3 interview rounds

Round 1: The procedure begins with an initial interview with a hiring manager. This is a more relaxed interview with plenty of informal banter. To verify that you are qualified for the post, the interviewer will inquire about your history and previous experiences. The interview is expected to take roughly an hour.

Round 2: The second interview, in comparison to the first, will be harder to crack. This will take place in a professional setting with a few hiring managers and currently hired designers. Your creative ability and devotion to client service will be the focus of this interview. Expect some behavioral questions as well. The interview will last 45-60 minutes and will most likely be conducted by video call.

Round 3: The last round will consist of a series of on-site interviews. Each interview comprises a round of design tasks and a portfolio summary. You can be asked to deliver a presentation or complete a whiteboard challenge as well. This is where your skills will be put to the ultimate test.
Each interview will run 40 to 50 minutes and include current senior designers, hiring managers, and a group of additional interviewers.
