    Responsible for identifying, prospecting and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth and developing long-term customer relationships.
    Leading proposal development efforts, and other related sales activities, delivering against an annual revenue target
    Identify client business and performance issues through research and effective consulting/questioning skills
    Collaborate with team to create an opportunity plan that is actionable and provides a clear direction for GIS software and services to customers or prospects within a portfolio of targeted accounts
    Identify and qualify opportunities for initial and expanded use of GIS solutions; develop and drive sales strategy for high-potential sales opportunities
    Attend and support corporate events such as trade shows and user conferences if required
    Engage the user community via social networking, blogs, forum participation, and seminars
    Taking care of marketing material for distribution to clients
