    1. Responsible for the business in the region.

    2. Demand Generation - regionally

    4. Direct Sales Role for certain accounts who are only consumers of that specific business

    6. 70% through account manager and 30% direct (excluding large IP led deals)

    7. Responsible for local regional Events

    8. Sales Enablement at regional level.

    9. Product Collateral availability for regional sales..

    10. Responsible for the Growth in Revenue, GC

    11. Building and enhancing Sonatas Brand as the Platformation Partner in the region.

    12. Market share growth, responsible for his direct deal A/R.
