    We are on the lookout for senior sales professionals with following skills.

    Position : - Account Manager / Sr.Account Manager-UK Europe.
    Experience : - 10-14 years
    Location :- Bangalore (with frequent trips to UK/Europe)


    KEY REQUIREMENT OF THE ROLE
    10 -12 years external experience with proven experience in sales, Account management, preferably experience in high technology companies(IT services or software)
    Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships within medium and large IT services organizations.
    Responsible for farming existing accounts and hunting new accounts, building pipeline, book revenues from the Europe & UK markets.
    Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deal.
    Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
    Proven experience in building excellent client relationships.
    Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth
    Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
    Excellent communications skills including proven experience of presenting solutions and proposals directly to prospects and customers.
    Willingness to travel onsite (UK/Europe).

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree in engineering & PG in marketing or equivalent from a premier college.
    Atleast 10 + years experience with an IT services company, with proven expertise in delivery, Sales & Account management roles.
    Prior experience in technology / delivery will be an added advantage.
    Prior onsite experience to UK/Europe is desirable.
