    Key Roles and Responsibilities
    • This role is managerial in nature and will involve taking complete responsibility for admissions at Ekya Schools and CMR K-12. 
    • The ultimate goal will be to attract the right kind of parents and students to the Schools by directing admissions strategies, promoting the School at appropriate avenues and directing staff to this mission.
    • The role will include managing a team of admission counsellors (or equivalent staff) across campuses and counsellors/marketing staff centrally as well. Detailed responsibilities are provided below:
    Drive admissions
    • Take complete charge of admissions numbers and and work towards meeting these targets for all Schools.
    • Put together a tight admissions process from enquiry handling to student onboarding; roll out process and ensure its effective implementation.
    • Build and drive campus teams to ensure that all campus enquiries are being attended to and follow up being done as per laid out processes.
    Support to campuses
    • Train admission staff in all campuses on end to end admissions process covering how to handle enquiries, follow up with parents, use admissions related online platforms etc.
    • Troubleshooting - Be the single point of contact for all campuses to reach out to for any queries on admissions. Ensure these are addressed appropriately and in a timely fashion.
    Marketing
    • Work with the Marketing Communications team on getting collaterals (brochures/handouts etc), application forms, office copies etc. designed as required.
    • Identify admission events (such as expos) to be conducted externally and other campus events internally (such as open house) to build enquiries and successfully drive these events. 
    • Identify innovative marketing strategies for building admissions pipeline and ensure end-to-end on ground implementation of the same. 
    • Rigourous on-ground implementation of existing BTL and ATL marketing initiatives. 
    • These could include newspaper ads, paper insertions, hoardings, signboards, posters at vantage places etc. 
    Budgeting
    • Develop admissions financial budgets by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; align monetary resources; develop action plans; measure and analyse results; initiate corrective actions.


    Dashboard
    • Prepare detailed admissions dashboard at periodic intervals (weekly/monthly)
    • Promote a number driven approach to looking at admissions at campus levels - will involve guiding campuses to putting together daily admissions dashboards etc.
