Agency Management role in Bangalore for a leading digital automotive solution provider where they need dynamic and result-driven professional having an experience of 5-9 years of Media sales/Ad sales / Digital sales wherein you would be responsible to help agencies achieve their client's marketing objectives .The individual should have hands-on experience in owning and managing the relationship with key media agencies like GroupM ,OMD etc for Bangalore region.

You will be responsible for implementing agency strategy that maximizes year-on-year growth of revenue.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and agencies at all levels, keeping track of their marketing strategies and digital spends.
  • Identifying new streams for revenue growth across markets and developing sales strategies basis current trends.
  • Scaling up India business by collaborating with top agencies and advertisers and growing business volumes
  • Interacting with clients/agencies to discuss and identify their advertising requirements and ideating with brand strategy team to devise an approach that meets the client's brief and budget. Responsible for driving revenue, closing volume slabs and manage relationships with agency group
  • Forging strategic partnerships in digital space, executing marketing campaigns and identifying business development opportunities.
  • Driving deals to closure, ensuring retention and growing business from agency group
  • Handling new business development and on-boarding brands and agencies for In-App advertising opportunities on the platform, providing innovative and creative ad formats with a good regional reach and traction.
  • Creative planning and strategizing for brand's advertising solutions as per business requirements, facilitating the process of successful execution and delivery of mobile campaigns, front-ending all kind of business queries and maintaining client & agency relationships


  • Post Graduate in MBA /PGDM (Marketing) with 5-9 years of Digital Ad Sales/Media Sales , Sales & New Business Development/ Digital Partnerships experience working in a media sales organization
  • Experience with media sales, media relations, media planning, client management or digital media.
  • Specializing in business generation through ad sales across all media platforms
  • Prior experience in building strong, lasting agency relationships by owning and delivering client success through various market dynamics; cultivate deep partnership with key decision makers and influencers
  • Efficient in building business network through positive interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in new business development and on-boarding brands and agencies (like GroupM,OMD etc.) for In-App advertising opportunities on the platform, providing innovative and creative ad formats with a good regional reach and traction.
  • Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and relationship building skills.
  • Good industry knowledge; target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.
