The Product Owner helps drive the product strategy and development. Working with key stakeholders, the Product Owner determines the road-map managing features and initiatives covering user experience, order provisioning and application product integration. The Product Owner then works with the development team to translate these road-map items into development tasks and stories. The Product Owner is responsible for the product ownership role in an agile development team and leads the phased agile development for the access platform and works with the development team to build and launch features that deliver business value.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Provides a clear and inspiring product road-map of what we are building and why
Articulates the business value to stakeholders, leadership and development
Create necessary user stories and guide development team in these stories
Product manages multiple complex systems and related features

Product Requirements and problem solving:
Continually solicits feedback from operational stakeholders, product manager, and certain key customers to prioritize product enhancementsâ€¯ and understand business requirements

In-depth understanding of information technology, systems and software development processes
Strong commercial and business understanding of solutions

Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Economics, Engineering, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years' of experience as a Software Product Manager, Software Project Manager, Product Roadmaps, Agile Product Development, Product Owner or similar background.
Expert ability to independently manage multiple product initiatives across multiple products and multiple product teams within a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including ability to independently create stakeholder communications.
Strong ability to communicate, persuade, collaborate and influence stakeholders and drive agreement
Ability to generalize and abstract specific needs to determine product solutions
Analytical capacity to manage, trackâ€¯complexity and detail
Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, evaluate alternatives and formulate responses to resolve business and customer problems.
Comfortable with managing ambiguity, ability to clarify and define
