Airtel is Hiring for CSM- Sr.Exe and BDM-AM for Broadband Sales

Looking out for candidates who are having good exposure in Channel Sales(handling Distributor & Retailers) with Good Communication Skills. The candidate should have minimum of 2years of experience into the Channel Sales

The profile is on the payroll of Bharti Airtel Ltd. 

Location:-  Rajasthan, Maharastra, Uttar Pradesh, Gujrat, Punjab, Haryana, Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, kerela and Karnatka.

Candidate should have his/ her own Two Wheeler.

Qualification - Min. Graduation (Full time), MBA preferred(full time)

Purpose of the Job:-

Completing Sales target in the territory by strengthening the distribution network

For CSM- Sr. Executive
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

1. Ensuring Primary and Secondary activation
2. Ensuring LAPU movement in the market
3. Managing transacting retailers by giving them incentives, redressing their grievances and increasing their number by converting non transacting retailers to non-transacting retailers
4. Training distributors, retailers, FOS etc.
5. Ensuring retailer expansion

Major Challenges :

1. Monitoring Field On Sales
2. Coordination between Territory Managers of sales and service
3. Monitoring TAT of installation
4. Ensuring Quality of Service.

For BDM-Assistant Manager

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

  1. Cluster identification for cities shortlisted
  2. Market potential assessment & inputs to network planning team on rollout areas
  3. LCO Management: Identification, onboarding, training, billing, new acquisition
  4. Home pass roll out in approved clusters with testing of each network element
  5. LCO training on Airtel systems, apps & processes 

Ideal Candidate fitment:

1. Having 2-8 years of experience handling channel sales, distributor handling.
3. Age should not be more than 31 years for Sr. Executive and 33 for BDM
4. Full time Graduate/ Post Graduate

Required Candidate profile

-Should have good communication skills.
-Should be graduate /Post graduate.
- Opening for only FMCG, FMCD, Electrical and  telecom industry(except reliance, jio, vodafone(EX preferable)
For BDM role consider Broadband, DTH and Telecom experience
