    About CRESA (Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Administration)

For retail locations, we source and select the best sites, negotiate for the best lease terms, design and build the site to help achieve the best customer journey and experience.     Job Duties & responsibilities

    A. Employee Experience & Communications
    Employee experience
    • Work with internal teams to test, research and create experience projects to deliver employee-centric services/solutions through service and space design
    • Leverage data and design-thinking to build superior experience and touchpoints from CRESA to the employees
    • Create data on workspaces and employees based on surveys, touchpoints, occupancy metrics 
    • Understand & formulate strategies on employee behavior, community building and change management

    • Work with the CRESA India Head to establish an internal communications strategy
    • Develop and implement internal communications stories to promote greater understanding of CRESAs initiatives to the bank
    • Work with internal partners like Group CRESA, Group Marketing & Communications, HR, T&O COO communications teams etc. to link up possible stories and platforms 
    • Communicate and create Branded Communities to brand CRESA services to the employees
    B. Project Administration
    • Project initiation Liaising with the departments for necessary project initiation forms etc
    • Project tendering Assisting in floating RFP and Tender documentation
    • Procurement and Project framework Raising PO and execution of agreements with the vendor
    • Ensuring that necessary insurance are in place before the execution
    • During the execution of the project updating various templates on daily basis in co-ordination with the project team.
    • Keeping SG and other stakeholders posted on the developments on the project.
    • Scrutinizing project bills and raising for payment and keeping the financial tracker updated
    • Ensuring compliance on documentation related to closure of the project
    • Move Management handling the move management documentation in cases of relocation
    • Overall ensuring that the project file is complete as per the approved Standard Operating Procedures 
    • Documentation for empanelment of new vendor (Civil, HVAC, Elect, PMID, turnkey vendors)
