Support Program Manager in the overall program planning so as to deliver the program as per agreed timelines
Responsible to ensure that design supports manufacturability and meets product cost targets by contributing in design innovation, using low cost components, improving manufacturability, meeting manufacturing cost target, minimizing cost of services, installation and maintenance cost.
Ensure institutionalization of good practices like Design before implementation, Unit testing, DFMA, FMECA/Fault Tree Analysis (Mechanical), Reliability requirements, robust design blocks etc. that would help deliver first time right designs while meeting the critical success factors of the program.
Accountable for execution of Pilots as per the program plan and ensure that the pilot actions are effectively traced and closed
