    Researching and Implementing Business Strategy: To implement business strategy for Estee globally, including segments, strategies, product mix
    Marketing and Sales : Lead generation, qualifying prospects, running marketing campaigns, and pitching to prospective domestic and international clients
    Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with Estees key distributors and clients
    Represent Estee at External Events: To actively attend conferences, trade-shows and seminars on behalf of Estee Advisors to build new relationships
    Manage Key Strategic Relationships: Managing key relationships with stock exchanges, brokers, auditors, clearing members, fund accountants, PR agencies, and bankers
    Help develop Strategic Alliances: Developing strategic partnerships with financial services and technology vendors to make joint offerings for the execution services business
    Geographic Expansion of Business Operations: Expanding Estees presence internationally, across both the buy-side and sell-side, in US, Europe, and the Middle East
    Ad-hoc Research & Analysis: Providing support to the senior management team in business development through extensive research, analysis, and financial modeling

    What must you bring? / Required skills:
    Strong educational pedigree, strong co-curricular performance, and knowledge of capital markets in India are pre-requisites for this role
    Basic knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments such as futures and options
    Finance skills good understanding of accounting and valuation
    Excellent communication and inter personal skills
    Curiosity and the urge to explore and be on the look-out for new business opportunities
    Research-orientation and analytical skills are a must
    Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
