  • Job Requirements :

  • Key Responsibilities : Liaising with the customer technical representatives Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new featuresCreate and Manage requests on ITSM toolTroubleshoot issues with SCCM DeploymentWork in 24 x 7 support model

  • Technical Experience : Perform basic break/fix for end-users - resolving Mac and PC issues with connectivity; peripherals; hardware; and softwareStrong knowledge on JAMFKnowledge on SCCM and MAC patchingSME of MAC OS with strong troubleshooting skillsKnowledge on EUC technologies Desktops, LaptopsKnowledge on different flavors of Workstation OS - Windows and Linux

  • Professional Attributes : 3 years of experience Windows desktop support2 years of experience with Mac OSX supportShould have experience performing MAC transitions / transformations Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business

  • Educational Qualification : BE

  • Additional Information : Work in 24 x 7 support modelMicrosoft MCP and Apple ACSP certification preferred or equivalent rele
