    Provide L two and L Three support for applications with QAD MFGPRO Progress Four GL OpenEdge programming language and Webspeed development

    Summary of Position

    The system analyst will be responsible for Level two and Level three development Support for the QAD MFGPRO Progress Four GL OpeEdge Programming and Web Speed development

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    This position within the managed service delivery organization has the following key responsibilities

    Delivery of support services incident resolution service request fulfilment problem and change management enhancement delivery etc against Service Level Agreements SLAs and or Key Performance Indicators KPIs

    Delivery of enhancements in subject area including interaction with client end users requirement gathering Functional Specification FDD documentation development Unit Testing or Functional testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing UAT

    Need to understand QAD functions in scope of support which is having complex architecture

    Need to interact with multiple teams

    Need to work in multiple shift timings including Night Shift

    Need to provide on call support during week ends

    Willing to learn another similar ERP applications which has used by Client

    Required Skills

    Functional Strong QAD

    Techno functional experience with specific knowledge of QAD eB two point one SP Five onwards

    Need to have very good Knowledge of QAD functional screens for each Module within QAD

    Need to understand QAD functions in scope of support which is having complex architecture

    Technical the following technical experience is desired Three plus years of hands on experience on QAD MFGPRO Application

    Good knowledge of Progress Four GL OpenEdge programming language

    Candidate should have good knowledge of Webspeed skill

    Candidate having knowledge of RF Label development E Commerce Progress DBA Unix scripts Sales force and OpenText StreamServe application used for customer communication will be added advantage

    Managed Service Process Experience Must be familiar with ITSM or Service Desk ticketing systems preferably Service Now

    Must understand ITIL concepts for Production Support Must understands Level two and three support requirements

    Must understand Incident Management Service Request Problem Management Change Management processes

    Must understand how to work in a managed service environment driven by SLAs

    Proven ability to work successfully in a right shore model

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Required Experience

    Overall Three plus years of hands on experience with QAD MFGPRO

    Application Experience of Progress Four GL programming language

    Self starter can work independently

    Demonstrated initiative good judgment and ability to achieve results

    Strong verbal and written communications skills English with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

    Strong analytical problem solving and conceptual skills

    Attention to detail

    Ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks

    Ability to influence key individuals inside and outside of own group

    Ability to follow corporate standards with respect to tools and processes

    Ability to adapt and rapidly apply changing technology to business needs

    Ability to handle multiple assignments Effective decision making
