    Purpose of the Job:

    Create plans and execute to maintain channel partnerships, take strategic & tactical steps to create merchant network to establish MBS as a leader is the assigned segment.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible building the Merchant and Distribution network and delivering Sales and revenue targets in the designated State.
    2. Increase market share of SahiPay by monitoring the market trend and activities. Recommending strategies and guidelines.
    3. Leading and mentoring a team of Area Managers and Field executives to create maximum efficiency and a positive work environment
    4. Tracking performance of the existing business and recruiting new strategies to achieve and supersede targets
    5. Keep close contact with major distributors and merchants to address and service their business needs.
    6. Diligently comply with reporting systems and provide in prescribed formats. Ensure the same is followed by teams
    7. Collaborate with Referral Partners and grab all revenue opportunities.
    8. Identify and appoint local strategies to maximize market potential and maximize SahiPay footprint in the state.
    9. Map the progress of individual teams & channel andprovide critical inputs to take corrective actions.
    10. Coordinating with internal teams and ensure the project execution as per TAT and Ensuring achievement of acquisition nos as per the project requirements.
    11. Any additional responsibilities as and when assigned.
