    price quoted and finalizing the deal in consultation with regional manager


    enquiries into orders

    Meet sales

    productivity and win rate targets

    Keep up with

    market developments through formal / informal sources and keep superiors


    Develop and nurture healthy customer relations

    Updating of

    sales activity and progress of potential deals as per defined systems


    necessary technical information for customs clearance

    Provide support

    to Credit Collections team for recovery of payment , agency commission and


    Coach junior members of the team

    Work closely with marketing to improve funnel health and win rate

    • Graduate in

    Biotechnology, Bio chemistry, Analytical chemistry or life sciences

    •Post graduate

    in management from a good B school

    •Min 6-7 years

    of experience in a B2B, commercial/Corporate sales for high value capital


    •Knowledge of

    Tendering is a mandatory requirement

    •Exposure to

    sales of mass spectrometry or related instruments (GC, LCMS) is highly

    desirable; experience in sales of high value capital equipment is



    communication skills (written, oral, presentation) and good command over

    the English Language

    •Proficiency in

    MS Office

    •Experience and

    ability to build relationships, influence people; good negotiation and

    interpersonal skills
