    Roles and responsibilities
    • The Sales Representative is the point of contact for the customer (retailers and wholesalers) and handles the enrolling of customers for the products on the KKB platform within the assigned territory
    • Completion and validation of database of retailers based on market visits within the territory
    • Profiling of every retailer within the database and initial coverage to ascertain interest and enrolling prospects
    • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with them and driving the usage and adoption of products on the KKB platform
    • Responsible for achieving onboarding targets, adoption targets, sales targets and delivery of high quality customer service to existing and potential customers
    • Relays feedback to the Sourcing / Key Accounts / Supply Chain teams on gaps / issues in the product / price offering, service offering, market trends and challenges.
    • Routine coverage of retail outlets on a planned frequency to maintain contact and ascertain usage based on dashboards provided for each retailer
    • Ensuring a complete coverage of all retailers within the assigned territory
    • Identifying opportunities for new products / services that can be introduced on the platform and also for creation of events across platform and retail to drive a higher adoption and velocity.
    • Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
    • Taking maximum orders with convincing and negotiating skills

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
    • Proficiency in Tamil and other local languages are preferred

    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Positive and convincing attitude
    • Candidates from similar sector is preferred.
