Identifying & networking with financially strong & reliable dealers & distributors, resulting in deeper market penetration & improved market share.
Appointing dealers, evaluating their performance & monitoring distributor sales & marketing activities.
Business Development :
Effectuating pre-planned sales strategies for accomplishment of performance milestones
Identifying and networking with prospective clients generate business from the existing accounts and achieve profitability and Increase sales growth.
Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
Leading a team of Sales Executives and Salesmen across rural and urban
Utilizing market Information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence's for generating leads.
Product Launches /Promotions :
Improvement of distribution infrastructure, increasing the direct and indirect reach of products and gaining business from new products
Devising & implementing marketing activities for successful launching of new products.
Building Brand focus in conjunction with Operational requirements.
Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.
Client Relationship Management:
Managing customer's centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain of the Profitability the business.
Building & Maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
by achieving delivery & quality norms.
Team Management :
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of Individual & group targets.
Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies.

Candidates From Delhi and NCR Region Preferred.
Person should have a good expertise in General Trade.
Person should have a good knowledge of Delhi and near by geographical areas .
Good communication skill & competency to Handle a large Team.
Required a vast market networking and distribution knowledge.
A skill-set to develop new distributors in given area.
