    JOB MISSION

    As an Area Manager with the organization, you are a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional service to all our customers and Stylists. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible creator, event organizer, translator, writer, promoter, facebook lover and problem-solver and more.

    To set the perspective right, we will be keen to hire people who have a background from B2C agencies like Avon, Marykay, Ori- Flame, Tupper Ware etc. Preference will definitely be given to female applicants!

    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Sales: Area Manager will be responsible for achieving the sales plan of the assigned area. They need to closely work with the stylists and help them achieving the sales targets.

    Business Development: Area Manager will be responsible for finding new opportunities in order to increase the Stylists strength of their area. This will be a part of their geographical penetration in the market.

    Mentoring: The Area Manager will be responsible for counseling and mentoring the Stylists and help them achieve their goals.

    Required Candidate profile

    - Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned

    - Action oriented and self disciplined

    - Organized and detail oriented

    - Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations

    Work Habits

    - Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including daily schedule as assigned

    - Flexible with working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays/events as dictated by business need; most often occurring in the weeks surrounding Special Events such as Roadshows, Trainings etc.
