    This position will overlook the sales contribution through the both General Trade channel
    Key Responsibilities:
    Delivering Sales Targets assigned to Zone /Area
    Capability in Strategic Planning and General Trade Market tactics
    Driving New Product Launches, Business Development, Sales Promotions and visibility campaigns
    Appointment and Handling Distribution Network & Product Placement
    Building the required Sales team
    Leading Sales and Distribution, Merchandising & Outlet Expansion
    Ensure Sales Force Training and implementation of Bizom
    People Management - Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners
    Managing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
    Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level
    Managing Depot - ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues
    Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting
    Must be willing to travel in other territories

    Candidates with GT Food/FMCG exposure at a managerial level
    Education Qualification: Any Graduate/ MBA
    Experience: 8 + years of experience in FMCG. Food Industry experience a must
    Good communication skills
    Work under pressure
    Willing to take additional responsibilities.

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
