    Job Title: Area Sales Manager

    Location: Bangalore.

    Experience: 5 to 7 years

    Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate (Engineering/ Architecture)

    Nature of experience: The role will be responsible to manage P&L for the entire region to ensure focused attention to clients and deeper penetration in the market. These projects will involve the understanding of overall project management as it relates to Office Furniture systems from ideation to installation. Responsibilities include directing and coordinating human and material resources throughout the life of a project by using management techniques to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, quality, time, cost and customer satisfaction.

    Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:


    Primary - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets. - Develop the reach of Brand or Brand Awareness. - Increase the point of sales through dealer network. - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. - To ensure timely collection in zone. - To ensure control on overall discounts of Projects.

    Secondary - To have regular interaction with key clients in zone - To ensure all commercial activities required. (I form, ARE1 forms) - Maintenance of CRM with team members. - Project review with the installation team. - Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

    Person Specification - Confident - Highly organized - Excellent communicator - Good interpersonal skills and friendly - Commitment to high quality service delivery

    Manage mid to large projects from inception to completion
