    The role would entail you to support Reconciliation strategy projects


    KEY COMPETENCIES:



    Understand the ASIS process model and build the ADOPTED process model

    Good understanding of various product classes, Derivatives, Cash, Fixed Income, Equity etc.,

    Understand the pain points of BAU and find potential solutions working with technology and operations teams

    Being able to draw process flow diagrams with the help VISIO

    Being able to provide periodic updates to the senior management through Optics slides

    Ability to deal with stress and demanding stake holders

    Excellent time management and prioritization skills and highly result oriented

    Focus on quality and controlled environment.

    Attention to detail.

    A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through.

    Excellent written & spoken English communication skills.

    Knowledge of the operating and compliance standards and audit requirements of the department

    Worked in an automated processing environment

    Banking Operations experience /knowledge required, Private Banking operations experience would be an added advantage.

    Experience working on TLM and other upstream systems will be an added advantage.

    Have the ability to work independently and to proactively seek guidance from others as needed

    Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams

    Result oriented, accepting responsibilities and challenges that take them outside their comfort zone.

    Positive outlook and a desire to stretch themselves to achieve both personal and functional success.

    Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.

    Facilitate problem solving & collaboration

    Perform appraisal and monthly performance reviews in line with defining SMART goals and objectives.
    Good Knowledge on Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook)
    Reconciliation background including investigation and reporting of breaks
    Strong verbal & written communication.
    Conflict Management
    Effective Time Management Skills
    Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
    Product knowledge for Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives and Alternative investment products.
    Knowledge on Reconciliations tools such as Smart stream TLM, Intellimatch, Irecs will be preferred
