    HR Operations :

    1) Responsible for HR - Operations, in Chennai Project.
    2) Accountable for ensuring implementation of policies & processes related to HR
    Operations.
    3) Deployment of all processes across the business
    4) Improving the HR operations & see how to make it more effective for the business.
    5) Accountable for planning the manpower needs of the Unit.
    6) Handling start to end recruitment i.e. CV selection, sorting, interview schedule etc.
    7) Good knowledge of HR & IR.
    8) Responsible handling plant IR activitys.

    HR Statutory Compliances & Govt. Authority :

    1) Responsible for HR monthly and yearly statutory compliances i.e.PF, ESIC , PT Monthly Retune.
    2) Good Knowledge of Bonus act 1965 and need to maintain Bonus Register, yearly retune i.e. Form C & Form D.
    3) Responsible for exit employees Full & Final Settlement & complete exit formalities as per labour law provisions.
    4) Good knowledge of Gratuity act 1972 and gratuity claim settlement.
    5) Responsible for ESIC & PF employee registration as well as PF withdrawal & ESIC employee claim settlement.
    6) Responsible for Labour licence & yearly contract labour related retune and labour inspections.
    7) Responsible for HR internal & External Audit.

    Payroll Compensation & Admin :

    1) Responsible for plant on roll employees payroll , prepare employee payroll input ( i.e. Monthly attendance , deduction, one time payment etc).
    2) Responsible for maintain employee leave , C-off , Over Time record .
    3) Responsible for maintain Muster Report as per Minimum Wages Act 1948 i.e. Salary Register, Fine ,
    4) Over time ,HRA Register etc. and submit to customer on monthly basis.
    5) Responsible for new joining HR joining formalities & Left Employees Exit formalities as per labour act.
    6) Responsible to prepare new joining & Exit employees gate pass renewal & maintain canteen Pass record.
    7) Responsible for annual uniform, safety shoes distribution & maintain register of uniform & safety shoes.
    8) Responsible for Employee Engagement & Reward activitys monthly basis
    9) Responsible for on job & Off Job training program & Prepare training calendar and Maintain Training record.
    Responsible for Contractors Activitys :

    1) Responsible for checking & maintain Contractors statutory compliances.
    2) Responsible for Contractual Manpower deployment & maintain recorded daily basis.
    3) Responsible for contractors payroll & statutory checking montly basis i.e.Salary Register, PF,ESIC,Bonus,LWF etc . Checking.
    4) Collect monthly basis statutory report from conractors.
    5) Responsible contractor licence renewal & audit.
    6) Responsible for contractual manpower monthly bill checking & head count report.

    Essential Educational & Experience Qualification

    Education : MBA/MSW/MPM with HR Specialization

    Experience : 06 to 10 years of experience in HR Operations


    Preferred Knowledge and competencies

    Experience in dealing with all level Employees
    Experience in interacting with middle (senior) management
    Effective Communication.
    Good knowledge of Labour law & Contract labour related provisions or act.
    Experience in dealing with Customer & Contractors.
    Good knowledge of Local Language
    Necessary Technical / Functional Skills

    Excellent communication skills.
    Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
    Good Computer Knowledge ( i.e. Excel & Power Point, Mail Merge).
