Represents for presentation and costing meetings; Displays & Shares our collections to obtain orders for the coming season.
Displays maturity & winning attitude in effectively negotiating & achieving target profitability by verifying whether the style in discussion is viable in terms of manufacturing / profitability
Books production capacity based on orders / forecast received from the buyers & ensure that the space booked is effectively used.
Optimizes production by ensuring handiness of capacity for orders booked by interfacing with central planning.
Reviews and follows up with the team in line with Time & action calendar to ensure that all materials / approvals are in place prior to the PCD.
Plans in consultation with production heads & follows production status on bi-weekly basis to ensure production is on time. Trouble shoot wherever needed.
Reviews and follows up with merchandising team, quality team and production team to ensure quality merchandise are shipped out. Trouble shoot wherever needed.
Effectively follows up the target with the concerned department & maintains cordial relationship with all the other departments in the organization
Adds & expands business value by developing & managing clients & accounts effectively.
Effectively follows up on the payments once the shipments are executed depending on the payment terms e.g. T/T; L/C at sight / 30 days / 60 days etc. In co ordination with the accounts / documentation dept.
Maintain Cordial relation with all departments
To strategies innovative ideas to simplify process and make it more efficient
To generate required MIS reports and provide the same to the concerned Departments.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
