To support the SVP Commercial Leasing in business development efforts and client strategies.
To develop experience and expertise to engage in longer and more complex transactions.
To assist and track Transactions, Client interactions, Sales initiatives to achieve agreed leasing targets.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, analytics and strategic reports which also include primary & secondary research and quantitative & qualitative analysis.
Assist with strategic planning and activities required for prospects such as value propositions for strategies and decision making.
Monitor, analyze and highlight deviations from business plan.
Work on standard operating procedures (SOP) to increase Sales efficiencies and reduce turnaround time.
Maintain databases, CRM system and other office systems as well as periodic MIS reports.
Required Candidate profile
