    Key Responsibilities

    • Fully responsible for maintaining team and own targets
    • Responsible for key accounts and increasing the efficiency of the team members
    • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients
    • Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and follow the set strategy punctually
    • Identifying and closing the potential business leads by analyzing market requirements
    • Responsible for proposal writing 
    • Training and mentoring new team members and helping them to understand company values
    • Properly maintaining the sales leads and client databases
    • Properly maintaining the confidentiality of the clients and organisations values
    • Coordinating with other team members/departments to ensure highest efficiency and quality of the output



    Person Specification:

    • Having the ability to communicate clearly, interestingly and enthusiastically with clients
    • Understands clients' needs 
    • The candidates should be a post graduate/graduate with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in business development role
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Tactful and discrete when dealing with clients
    • Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
    • Good in managing a small team in terms of people expectation
