Job Responsibility :
To achieve sales target by signing fresh accounts and servicing existing clients, collecting market information and developing markets for the services offered by the Company.

To prepare a comprehensive monthly report of the sales reportAfter Sales
To service the existing clients
To ensure that all the IT/ Process are better explained/ executed to the end user/ bookers & review the same Time to Time.
To ensure that all the SLA committed & agreed to client are met.
Provide any feedback which may help the internal process to become more robust & user friendly.
To ensure any escalations are addressed as soon as possible with coordination of the respective departments.
To ensure that company gets the agreed revenue from the account through regular feedback
To work in close co-ordination with counter staff and also the fleet to ensure that the expected level of service is provided to the client.
To ensure that proper billing is done and clients have been properly charged.
To ensure that payments are collected on time and there is no credit beyond the specified period.
To review customer satisfaction levels at all times, identify problems and initiate corrective measures in this regard in conjunction with the Operations Manager / Branch Manager.
To Ensure Renewals done prior to the contract Expiration.
