Lead the digital marketing & eCommerce initiatives to build the Paradise brand across all media types including digital and traditional to drive profitable revenue growth and retain customers. Management of the marketing, advertising and promotional strategies for the organization. Responsible for designing and delivering an integrated marketing campaign strategy and driving it from creation to completion through digital media platform. At the same time the incumbent must maintain the reputation of Paradise brand and will work leveraging the restaurant budgets and objectives.
Brainstorm, Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email/SMS, social media engagement, display advertising/brand awareness campaigns & creative growth strategies.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
Performing daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Manage campaign budget efficiently
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Keep abreast of new digital media portals, web technologies, digital marketing trends, and offer perspective for adoption where appropriate
Assisting with paid media including liaising with digital advertising agencies
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
Achieve customer loyalty by implementing innovative techniques through digital media platform.
Vendor Management, PO rising and MIS reports are additional responsibilities a part from above.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be a graduate with evidence of a strong personal online profile, e.g. a blog, website or connections and interactions on various social media platforms.
Proven working experience in digital marketing and Social media
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Sound knowledge of website analytics tools Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Preferably people who can join immediate or max 15 -20 days -
