Assistant Manager, Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Work and assist the Ceded Re FP&A Manager in preparing and providing various financial analytics and reporting with focus on quality review, timely delivery of reports, collaboration with other teams and onshore.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports ceded financial dashboards. (Ceded Premium, Commission, Expenses, credit and capital exposure, etc.)
• Assist in the development and maintenance of existing access databases, excel spreadsheets to improve existing/new reports,
• Support in quarterly Reforecast and Yearly Budgeting.
• Support and involve in various Ceded Re and MI projects.
• Provide backup to core FP&A team and extended reporting team, in time of need.
• Work and support ad hoc reports or projects

Required Candidate profile

Accounting knowledge ofIncome statement and Balance Sheet with 4-5 years of experience.
• Analytical mindset,structured work approach and high levels of attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills (MSExcel, MS Access, HFM, QlikView).
• Strong analytical andtrouble-shooting skills and ability to analyze and manipulate huge volume offinancial and operational data
• Ability to manage multiplepriorities and meet tight reporting deadlines
• Ability to workindependently in a fast paced multi-cultural environment.
• Good communication& interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a highdegree of interest for technological progress
• Person from (Re)Insurance Industry would be preferred
