    Roles and responsibilities 

    Responsible for In-flight and Pre-Purchase of Food & Beverage sales function for generating
    ancillary revenues for the Company.
    Connects with various food and beverage brands for sale of food products on board GoAir
    flights.
    Benchmarks GoAirs in-flight food and beverage products against the competition to ensure a
    competitive product which also caters to the Go Airs niche customers.
    Consistently innovates the products to achieve a superior level and creates trendsetting
    product both in the domestic and international aviation market.
    Develops operating plans, short & long term sales objectives in line with targets set.
    Develops a good understanding of levers and opportunities for revenue improvements in F & b
    channels.
    Driving sales through various channels i.e. website, mobile, contact centre, inflight, agents,
    etc
    Driving the revenue and achieving revenue targets
    Strives to ensure product quality and quantity is as per Go Air standards.
    Account Management of all F & B product partners.
    Competition monitoring and comparison of commercial terms.
    Budget & revenue planning. Preparation of regular monthly cost analysis & revenue reports.
    Responsible for of all F & B, sale related admin activities such as price offers, purchase orders,
    etc; either directly or through the catering partner.
    Invoice checking, accruals, outgoing invoicing of commissions if any etc.
    Incremental revenues from new areas of F & B sales Sales (New Opportunity mapping)
    Responsible to achieve targets set by the company

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 9,00,000 PA.
