    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Payroll & Benefits Management

    Responsible for End-to-End Payroll Administration for India ODC (1600+ Employees)
    Maintain Payroll MIS and Accounts to study payout trends and history
    Advice and Design Payroll Metrics and Policy terms
    Vendor Management for Payroll, Benefits and Statutory Compliances

    2. Statutory Management

    Responsible for all Statutory Compliance Activities for India ODC; Adept in Labor Acts applicable to ITES Organizations
    (Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh)
    Coordinate all Internal & External Audit Activities
    Maintain all updated Records, Certificates, Forms and Registers pertaining towards Statutory Compliances
    Track and Upgrade current processes as per changes in the Labor Laws / Statutes
    Continuously assess & ensure compliance on impact of applicable legislation, arbitrations and rulings.

    3. HR Administration/Operations Support

    Support all centralized HR Operations Processes for India ODC
    Streamlining & coordinating all the On-Boarding & Transfer formalities
    End to end Separation Formalities management
    Timely process communications & Data repository management
    Employee records & Grievance Management
    Overall vendor management

    4. HR Policies & Procedures

    Policy & process document creation
    Manage the administration of the policies, procedures, and programs across all locations. Provide necessary support wherever gaps are noticed
    Develop innovative policy communication plan to create maximum awareness on key policies and procedures
    Regular review and updation of all the policies, procedures, process docs and manuals and timely communication to necessary stakeholders
    Designing need based letter templates & forms and streamlining across all locations

    5. Employee Performance & Compensation & Benefits Managements

    Managing the Annual Performance Appraisals across all the locations to ensure timely completion and adherence to guidelines and requirements.
    External & Internal Parity Analysis
    Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations
    Salary fitments & HR annual budget preparations
    Compensation structure, Bonus, Incentive designing implementation & processing
    Compensation budget preparations, Normalization process and Compensation revision process
    Career Management planning and implementations for top talents.
    End to End Health Insurance benefits administration

    6. HRIS

    Implementation of the HRIS application and ensuring a smooth Go-live and adhering to timelines
    Effective change management Building awareness about the application and framing effective employee communications
    Regular vendor reviews during & post Go-Live

    7. MIS

    Design key MIS templates & dashboards for the Organization and maintain periodic dashboards that assist management in decision making.
    Should be able to work on ad-hoc reports as per requirement
    Real time updation of Internal Database & ensuring all the MIS & Dashboards are 100% accurate

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma in HR is mandatory.
    Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate within an organization and vendors.
    Highly organized and self-motivated
    Good computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook & HRIS - database)
    7+ years of hands on HR Operations experience in any IT/ITES sectors.
    Must be able to work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary support to the team.
    Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality.
    Good research and market intelligence skills.
    Should also be knowledgeable about industrial and labor relations, labor laws, and HR process & practices.
