Vendor management and empanelment
Executive effective onboarding for a new joiner
HR induction and orientation
Design and Drive the Buddy Program
Responsible for conducting Employee Happiness Survey and analysis
Conduct Audit for orientation, training, processes etc
Drive the Goal Setting for all the employees
Plan the annual EE calendar and execute effectively
Conduct Talent Risk Assessment
Assist in annual appraisal process
Conduct exit interviews
Responsible to ensure that the all the employees have required assets to carry out their duties
