    Talent Acquisition:
    Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
    Use creative methods of sourcing the right talent
    Create effective pipeline of suitable candidates with innovative hiring strategies
    Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, online job portal etc
    Collaborate with the hiring managers/HODs and understand team building requirements
    Create the effective hiring funnel
    Reduce hiring cost with innovative and time saving methods and sources

    Executive effective onboarding for a new joiner
    HR induction and orientation
    Design and Drive the Buddy Program
    Responsible for conducting Employee Happiness Survey and analysis
    Conduct Audit for orientation, training, processes etc
    Drive the Goal Setting for all the employees
    Plan the annual EE calendar and execute effectively
    Conduct Talent Risk Assessment
    Assist in annual appraisal process
    Conduct exit interviews
    Responsible to ensure that the all the employees have required assets to carry out their duties
    Conduct 360 degree feedback
    Facilitate skip level meeting
    Assist the management in building Leadership Development Program
