Graduate - Any stream
7yrs + (Relevant Experience)

Please find below JD:

MIS Expertise Requirement

1)Excellent skill in excel-VBA macro, MS Access and advanced excel.

2) He/She should be expert in developing complex level excel macros,

3) He/she should be expert in developing automation tools using MS excel and MS access connectivity.

4) He/she will be responsible to provide support for existing automation tools (MS Excel and MS Access based) for any sort of technical fix and upgradation of automation tool as and when required.

5) Responsible to handle commercial reporting team

6) Should Face yearly audit.

7) Responsible for preparing and distributing KPI/SLA and Volumetric Billing reports.

8) Should be able to handle weekly and monthly client calls (UK clients)

9) Should be comfortable working in UK shifts and extended shift hours (if required)

People Management

1) Positive attitude with high level of motivation for MIS team members.

Governance Expertise Requirement

1) Executing High level monthly, weekly MIS reports, presentations for management governance

2) Preparing, Collating & Executing the presentations and reporting during client visitsPlease find below JD:
