    Roles & Responsibilities :-

    Ensure that the SOPs of the service for the business partners are prepared, implemented and monitored in the respective state.

    Serviceable and fully functional Kendras - Ensure that all the Vakrangee Kendras are identified for serviceability and enabled to provide the specific service for the respective state.

    Activation, Go-live and Fully functional services at Kendras- Coordinate with Accounts Team, Stores Team, IBD team, IT team and all the necessary stakeholders required after signing of Franchisee Agreements, ensure supply of the required kits, activation and fully functional service at the Kendra

    Training for Franchisees- Ensure requisite training and plan periodic training modules for the Franchisees for the specific business partner

    Training for Field staff- Plan periodic training modules for the BE/DE, State Head, Field staff for the specific business partner

    Active Service - Ensure that the business partner service is active at the Kendras based on the approved activation criteria

    Persistency and Customer Services- Ensure persistency (e.g. 2nd premium and beyond) target is achieved along with high standard of customer services

    New Business Management-Ensure policies are processed and issued under agreed TAT while maintaining high conversion ratio

    Ensuring high issuance to login ratio (For Life Insurance)

    Ensuring healthy mixture of long pay/short pay ratio and payment modes (For Life Insurance)

    Ensuring high ratio of ECS/NACH for all logins (For Life Insurance)

    Ensuring Healthy Renewal Ratio of all policies

    Ensuring healthy product mix (for specific products)

    Quality Assurance and Risk Management- Ensure the highest quality, regulatory compliance and establish risk management controls for the business partner

    Relationship and Business Quality- Ensuring business quality parameters. Maintaining excellent working relationship with the business partner. Maintain relationships with IRDA through Insurance Associations (Domestic & International)

    Troubleshooting- Coordination with the TSD team for immediate resolution of franchisee or business partner queries/support requests/ concerns etc. relating to the service

    Implement, Report & conduct an Audit (by UN approved Assessor) of Sustainable Development Goals as defined by the United Nations (UN) and of Environmental, Social & Governance parameters as defined by MSCI ESG
