    Assistant Manager / Sr Executive / Executive - Facilities ( Soft Services)

    - Managing various ISO implementation projects within manufacturing, financial, construction, trading sectors for this company by studying their clients business processe-s
    - Coordinating, monitoring and managing repair & maintenance work assignments performed by technicians,vendors.
    - Also monitoring performance of vendors for manpower resources, contractors building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed as per the scope defined.
    - Responsible for facility's inspections and maintaining related reports.
    - Timely processing of Monthly invoices, investments, generating maintenance bills, Budgeting, Management report etc.
    - Regular meetings with Subcontractors and Consultant to assess quality, progress and overall performance
    - Managing customer interactions and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues/ escalations
    - Attend to flat owner grievances, and resolve customer issues during defect liability period
    - Manage a team of Engineers and Technicians and from various disciplines to ensure the updating of engineering drawings, standards and specification, manual, recording of MEP checklist etc.
    - Present accurate property analysis, statistics, projections and reports to company Senior Management
    - Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports as per the requirement of company and client
    - Maintain up-to-date facilities data (infrastructure drawings, designs, information) to retain high
    - Standards of service, ensure safety, and support efficient operation.
    - Negotiate vendor contracts with clear service level agreements
    -Ongoing monitoring and audit of vendors performance and coordinating with finance department for performing yearly financial audit
    -Set up standard operating procedures and IT system to enhance effectiveness of FM operations
    -Implementation of proper Hand over & Take over procedures.
    - E3Monthly training to onsite working staff related to site updates, awareness and corrections in working method for better delivery in services i.e. to security, housekeeping, horticulture, swimming pool,technicians and review of checklists for effective documentation
