Job Description

Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM application functionality.
Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps.
Configure Oracle HCM application to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.
Write Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.
Monitor and provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis
Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for all technical components and functional process and flows.
Support business users with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised in various implementation phase.
Develop end-user documentation and training materials for business users and administrators for use and maintenance for the HCM Solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors Degree (B.E or B.Tech) is preferred.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Prior experience with functional Oracle HCM implementation and participation in 1 or more Go-live.

Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle Core HR, PMS, Absence Management, LMS, OTL, Compensation, irecruitment.
Understanding of Oracles application architecture.
Ability to design and develop Fast Formulas.
Experience in complete PMS cycle.
Understanding of key technical concepts like DBIs, balances.
Ability to modify delivered HCM reports.
Excellent SQL skills.

Education:UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
